1. Why can’t I hear or see my meeting guests? Your guests should see a microphone and camera icon on the bottom left of the meeting window. Have them click on those icons and select their microphone and webcam.
2. Can I record my meetings? Yes. On the bottom tool bar, you will find a button that says Record. Click on it and select record to the Cloud. If you have an VidGrid account, it will be saved to your VidGrid account. If not, then it will be saved to the Learning Media Coordinator’s VidGrid account. 3. Why does Zoom want me to set up an account? If Zoom is asking you to set up an account, then you are likely at the wrong address. See if you are at zoom.us. If you are, then please visit fhsu.zoom.us.
