On Campus and Zoom Sessions:
Sessions are labeled by intended audience (faculty, staff, etc.) and topic tag (#ScholarlyActivity, #FunctionalWorkplaces, etc.). Zoom sessions (with the exception of the keynote debrief) will be recorded and available at a later date, as well. Room assignments and Zoom links are indicated both on the attached schedule and on the confirmation email you will receive, after you register. Please do not click into Zoom links prior to January 11th. These links are Zoom personal meeting IDs for TILT staff members, and you could find yourself Zoom-crashing someone else’s meeting.
Breakfast and Lunch:
Breakfast and lunch are offered to all attendees, compliments of the University vice presidents: Dr. Jill Arensdorf, Provost; Dr. Joey Linn, VP of Student Affairs; and Mr. Wesley Wintch, VP of Administration and Finance. Meals will be served in the Memorial Union Ballroom. Please register for meals by January 4th, so that we can give Chartwell’s accurate numbers. Registration for sessions will remain open until they are full.
