New Faculty & Staff Orientation 2024

FHSU New Faculty and Staff Orientation will be held August 8th, 9th, and 12th, 2024. New faculty are required to attend on all three days. New staff members are required to attend on August 12th only.
Each day will begin with a continental breakfast, followed by sessions on University policies and technology platforms, academic life, collaborative measures for work and teaching, and so on. Each day concludes in the mid or late afternoon, with time to return to your department or office for work you need to do there.
All new faculty and staff, along with their spouses/guests, are invited to the Reception with President Tisa Mason, the Executive Leadership Team, and the Senior Leadership Team at the President’s Residence on Monday evening.
Please complete the registration here by August 1st, to indicate which days and meals you will attend. We use these registration forms to prepare materials, organize room sets, and submit accurate catering numbers.
